Well, it's official....I'm signed up as a fancey smanchy designer on the "Hi Hi Puffy Ami Yumi" show. It's only part time, but definitely a good start in the direction I've always wanted to pursue. Anyone that's known me personally can tell you how much I enjoy Cartoon Networks design style. Designers like Craig Kellman and Lynn Naylor are like gods to me! It also doesnt hurt that I've been a huge fan of
Renegade for awhile. Their sense of style and animation is top notch.
So being offered this job is kind of big deal to me. Makes me feel validated in a way. Bonifide even. Yay!
Note:I didnt draw this image......property of Cartoon Network.

Chris
Hej, damn you are one lucky guy!
But your stuff is absolutely worthy of a spot on CN =]
Merry Christmas!
Yeah, Lambey,
I remember seeing a series of story
sketches implying that Ami and Yumi are lesbians!(or just betraying
familiarities)
Kaz was all like
"Hey! This is a children's show!"
It used to be on the Puffy Crew blog,
but sadly, it, along with the other artwork for the Puffy show, was all gone with the wind.
Sorry, Steve Lambe,
my comment got posted as anonymous.
Those drawings implied that Ami and
Yumi are gay! In other words, we get to see a much more specific variation of their relationship
I tell you, Mr. Lambe,
if you had seen those images on the Puffy Crew blog, you'd know.
You know, when I first saw them, I was like
"What are those girls doing?
And why are they kissing each other while their manager is actin' wierd?"
