Nutin' but warmups

Two morning warmups from last week. The first one is a lovely self portrait...inspired by a Basil Wolverton book I recently picked up. I liked it enough to make it my new facebook avatar.

The second was a homemade card I made for my wife. It was our one year wedding anniversary. She liked it enough to make her new facebook avatar.

    As a girl I should prefer the cute one, but the first one is really awesome, I must say. I love the lumps on the nose and the giant nostril.
